"Lobby Staff are not welcoming and not accommodating. Busy looking in there cellphone. Staff did not help opening the door to get inside the hotel. Carrying heavy luggage is a challenge and I have to do it by my self. The scent being used in the lobby is just not to my liking. Keyless entry seem cool but can be challenging to older populations. "

"This hotel experience was great from start to finish!! We stayed here with our 2yr old for my husband’s Birthday and we couldn’t be happier! The staff helped to make my husband’s birthday so special! The room was absolutely beautiful and the concierge even helped decorate the room prior, making this birthday celebration even more memorable for us! My daughter had a blast by the pool and on the beach, food was great, and location is perfect! We will definitely be back soon! "
