"It is right across the street of the bus stop that will take you to the port authority in Manhattan in about 40 minutes. Other than that, not a good score, the hotel is old and unkept, dirty carpet everywhere, dusty, non functioning elevator, pool only open on the weekend, worst breakfast of all 5 hotels we stayed in our trip (we just skipped it), and pillows that are either uneven clumps of foam or hard as hey."

"I stayed at this hotel over the weekend, and the experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. For the entire duration of our stay, there was no hot water available in either of our rooms. As a result, my children and the rest of my family were unable to take a proper shower for two consecutive days. This created a major inconvenience and significantly impacted what should have been a comfortable stay. When I approached the front desk to report the issue, the two staff members on duty showed absolutely no concern or empathy. Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience or offering any reassurance, they simply stated that "someone is working on it" in a dismissive and rude tone. There was no acknowledgment of how disruptive this situation was for paying guests. What made matters even worse was witnessing several other guests come to the front desk with the exact same complaint. The response they received was equally unprofessional. The front desk staff bluntly told them there was nothing they could do about the lack of hot water. They further stated that checkout time had already arrived and that guests would not be permitted to return to their rooms to verify whether the hot water had been restored unless they paid to book an additional night. The complete lack of hot water for two days was unacceptable, but the indifferent, rude, and unapologetic attitude displayed by the front desk staff was even more troubling. "The rooms needed proper and towels needed better cleaning. Hair everywhere (floor, towels) and stained blanket . It would help if description said in bold letters that daily house keeping is not included. I would not choose to stay again unless I had no other choice."
