Decent hotel for the price
Good access to the Shwedagon pagoda yet close to good eateries around the area. The staff are very friendly and do go out of their way to support you (kudos points). The rooms, though small are comfortable with reliable internet. Regarding the bed- pillows are hard however the mattress makes for a nice sleep. Breakfast is simple yet satisfying, with other menu meals quite tasty.

Dry decent place for the price.
PROS: - great location for meetings downtown, clean, friendly for a great price. They help you get taxis, were very flexible with a late check out. Very basic breakfast but if you want more cross the street and go to local yummy coffee shop (which is also well known for meetings) or to the restaurant bar across street at The Royale air con works well. CONS. Very basic no pool. But what do you expect at this price?

Walking distance to Swedagon Pagoda
Clean and comfortable hotel. The restaurant food was good and the staff are very friendly. It was noisy sometimes as they are building an extension to the hotel. Should be finished in a month or two.

Decent convenient 3-star hotel
Hassle-free check-in, Welcome drink, relatively New hotel with Good bed linen, Good Breakfast, Convenient location to move around, Wifi ok. The only setback is the whole toilet (incl the toilet seat) will be wet after showering since shower area is not screened away.

The hotel was okay for a business trip though the room as well as the bathroom was small as it was mentioned in one of the reviews. However, the staff were really helpful and nice, always smiling.

Comfortable , Clean Hotel
Excellent customer service and friendly people. Breakfast could be a little better though as the Western choice was a tad pathetic. Wifi is very slow and unstable, unable to do anything except WhatsApp. Hotel is near Shweedagon Pagoda and many other attractions within walking distance provided you have a map on hand which the hotel provides.
