  • There are at least 2 people required to start the cooking class. The class size is limited to maximal 12 persons.

Activity itinerary

Begins with a quick transfer from your hotel on Koh Lanta. Lanta Thai Cookery School situated in the heart of a lush rubber plantation. Here you can learn to cook that favourite Thai recipe. We will quickly teach you all you need to know about the herbs, vegetables, and spices used in Thai food. Learn how easy it is to cook authentic Thai cuisine with a Thai chef with a long experience. Tour at the fresh market, discover how locals are buying and preparing their food. The tour at the market is not only the opportunity to buy few supplies for the cooking class, but you'll also learn a lot about Thai culinary traditions. Let the cooking begin! There are 10 dishes to choose from and you get to prepare 4 in total. The session starts with a vote among the group for which dishes everyone would like to cook. The four with the most votes will be the ones prepared. Once the dishes were selected, you will be suggested various ingredients used in Thai cooking.
