With Vinyasa Flow you move from one yoga posture to the other on the rhythm of breathing. The series of postures is repeated a number of times before a new series of postures is started. The focus is on breathing, bandhas and dristis to bring your attention more inside and let go of your environment. Vinyasa Flow is suitable for anyone who wants something more than Hatha Yoga, but who finds Power Yoga too intensive.
