Meeting at Central Market named Ben Thanh, then together with Chef, participants visit the market to see the bustling activities of Vietnamese market and to understand more the local ingredients. Back to the activity location, participants enjoy a welcome drink and listen to Kitchen God's storey. Then, clients will participate in each step of the cooking so they could master the techniques at home. All of the basic cooking methods will be covered in this class. Various daily menus with different types of courses at the choice of participants. Then, at the end of the session, participants will sit down to FEAST upon the fruits of their labour in a convivial ambiance with new friends taking part to the cooking session.
