Activity itinerary

Your day will start with a hotel pick-up, with pick up roughly 30-40 minutes before your scheduled start time followed by a trip to the local market to buy some fresh ingredients. You’ll get a feel for real Thai culture as you experience its rich colours, and unique flavours and smells. Please note, we use chicken, beef, shrimp, tofu, vegetables, and all Halal food. You are allowed to pack and take away if you can’t finish your lunch or dinner prepared during the lesson. You will be transported back to your hotel safely after class. • 08:30am – 09:00am Pick up from your hotel • 09:30am Local market visit • 11:00am Cooking Session & Lunch • 02:00pm Learn to make coconut milk and coconut oil • 04:00pm Cooking Session & Dinner • 06:00pm Transfer back to your hotel
