Your journey begins with a quick transfer from your accommodation to the Phuket Thai Cooking school, with pick up roughly 30-40 minutes before your scheduled start time. We will quickly teach you all you need to know about the herbs, vegetables, and spices used in Thai food. Learn just how easy it is to cook deliciously authentic Thai food. We teach and let you make your own Curry Paste from scratch using mortar and pestle. Savour a mouthwatering Thai made by yourself and transfer back to your hotel. • 02:45pm - 03:15pm Pickup at your hotel lobby • 03:30pm Arriving at our class will be served with water and herbal drinks. Get to know each other participants, relax, take pictures. • 04:00pm Introduction to ingredients home-style session begins, serving and eating what you have cooked, enjoying the meals together. • 06:00pm End of class and ready to go back.
