On this tour through the enchanting little town of Kettwig, discover traditional crafts and walk in the footsteps of the Kettwig clothiers.

The 4 km tour takes you from City Hall through the town, often along the water, through small alleys and to impressive Wilhelminian villas of the Kettwig bourgeoisie. There are clues and hidden traces of the past everywhere.

At the tour stops, there are entertaining tasks to solve and fun questions to answer. Who knows, for example, what a reed maker did? Or what a towpath is?

Many refreshment stops and cosy places invite you to take a break again and again.

The tour is a great way to get outside and discover new things with family, friends or on your own.
