"Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and felt very secure. Was warm in our room & thermostat didn’t work to adjust. Called desk & they controlled it on the computer. They were nice and accommodating, it’s just more convenient if you can adjust yourself. Also the tub/shower was extremely slippery & high edges so was difficult getting in & out. "

"We had a great time at Hotel Jazz - the rooms were just like the pictures. They checked us in about an hour earlier than check out. The rooftop bar and pool was very inviting and we spent a lot of time up there when we weren't touring the city. Jaime and Mary Lou were awesome and invited us to a beer tasting and provided delicious snacks that went well with the beers we were sampling. Thanks Jaime and Mary Lou for a great time.
