The entire beautiful country may seem a bit like theme parks designed for your enjoyment.

Wander through Singapore to find settings that appear in the popular 2018 film Crazy Rich Asians. Sample authentic street food of satays, char kway teow noodles, fish balls or sticky rice in banana leaves in Newton Food Centre or one of the other casual hawker spots around town. Go to the top of the boat-shaped Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observation Deck for 360-degree views of the city and dining and dancing throughout the evening. If you’re a guest in the hotel, swim in or sunbathe around the 490-foot (150-meter) infinity pool on the 57th floor.

Seek out the beautiful natural settings of the country. See orangutans and tigers or join a night safari at the Singapore Zoo. Manatees and capybaras are entertaining on the River Safari while Jurong Bird Park features penguins and lorikeets. With the country’s tropical climate, the National Orchid Garden and Singapore Botanic Garden have beautiful exotic plants while Gardens by the Bay offers stunning landscaping with some futuristic-looking features, such as the Supertree Grove.

Find high-end shopping and dining on Orchard Road and authentic Asian experiences in Chinatown. Rooftop bars near the marina offer interesting cocktails and panoramic views of the lively city.

Bring the kids to Sentosa Island and Universal Studios Singapore for full days of exciting activities. The lotus-shaped ArtScience Museum is filled with interactive learning and fun. Learn about Singapore’s past at the Battlebox Museum, National Museum of Singapore and Chinatown Heritage Centre.
