"Every single staff member in the hotel were super helpful and friendly. Restaurant for breakfast was brilliant! Different stuff everyday and food was very good. In Room Dining with 24hr access is nice as well as the Club Lounge! Pools are nice and clean. They give a mean massage! All my knots are non existent thanks to May Li! When we wanted something different from room service they went the extra mile to get us food from Masella and deliver to our room thanks to the lovely waitress at the host desk! Overall stay was great, the rooms were always cleaned and beautifully presented, a lot of places are close by and easily accessible. I miss the hotel and people already! Will definitely be back!"

"The room was a convenient location however we were very disappointed with the room. It was so hot in the room (stuck at 25.7 degrees all night) and no adjusting of the air con would work. It was noisy because of the unit whirring away inside the room and the shower had black mould spots in the grout. It was the most uncomfortable room/sleep."

"Clean room, quite larger than a standard Singapore hotel. Location is perfect for both hawker centres and highend shopping. Staff are polite, air con is fantastic. "

"The room we were in was not what was advertised or sold to us. Met with the manager who blamed Expedia. The receptionist that checked us in advised that they sell 2-bedroom suites but in fact only have connecting rooms. If we knew this, we wouldn't have stayed there. No compensation was offered for simply getting connecting rooms. Very disappointed in both what we received and the approach from the duty manager."

"We had a really pleasant stay overall, just a step away from being excellent. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions, transport, and dining options. That convenience made a big difference throughout the trip. The breakfast was a highlight each morning, with a good variety and consistently satisfying quality. It was a great way to start the day without needing to go out and search for food. One small area for improvement would be housekeeping. Room cleaning was done every other day, which was manageable, but a more frequent schedule would have made the stay feel more comfortable and polished. Aside from that, everything else met expectations. We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a well-located and comfortable place in Singapore."
