"I requested for my room to be cleaned every other day to remove trash and replace towels. The hotel obliged and all went well. The staff has been excellent. The hotel is very busy because of the great location. Front desk staff Reva was extremely pleasant and helpful. The concierge team, especially Raman and Rajah are excellent!"

"We stayed one night here on a layover instead of sleeping in the airport. It is extremely convenient for airport and Jewel access. It was a large room and a comfortable stay. You do hear plane noise, but hard not to when you are located adjacent to the terminal."

"Staff is very helpful and friendly. Check in service is fast and easy. This hotel is well connected to three shopping malls - Millenia Walk, Marina Square and Suntec City. You can find everything by staying covered. The property itself has started to get dated with some older plumbing fixtures. But the shower is very comfortable and it comes with three different shower heads. I will recommend this hotel to other travellers."

"We booked our 4 night stay with our family of 4 and we loved our stay with them! Location is so convenient, especially if staying with young kids. The family room we booked was clean, well stocked with amenities, the hotel staff were very polite and friendly and helpful, they promptly responded to the requests we had, The breakfast buffet was really good with both local and western and kid-friendly options, baked goods and coffee was delicious. The pool area had a nice view with plenty of lounging areas. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have a relaxing family staycation."

"Hotel is ideally located at the Jewel shopping centre which is at the Changhi airport. We were delighted the ease of arriving off our long flight. The check in was slow as only one member of staff who does that, but we were patient and eventually got key. I encountered two major issues that evening. Firstly the air conditioning in my room did not work. It was 27C and rising. Problems happen, and the real issue was this hotel runs on too little staff, so the front desk is always busy checking people in, and it took 4 visits to the front desk at night to generate any action. It became clear that the in room controls did not control the AC, and central; settings could in theory override the room settings. So long did the apathy and non conclusive action continue. My son was already asleep when it was concluded moving room was the best solution, and I had to ask twice for assistance, given we were unpacked, my son was asleep in the dark. In the morning it was as if the above had never happen, I got no flexibility or help from the team, leave aside the time wasted when I had wanted to quietly work, chasing them around the night before. "
