We are a family of 3 with a late teens son. The room is compact with all that you need. Good use of storage space, like how you would use at a tiny house. Price wise is good. Customer service is excellent.

Overall it was a good stay. Location was the main factor why I choose to stay here because of the convenience to my workplace. From 4 days, I had to request extension of my stay to 13 days due to unforeseen circumstance. For the extension, I was assigned in 2 different rooms. Therefore, I wrote to the customer service explaining my situation but without skipping a beat, the manager on shift rejected my request and suggested me to upgrade one of two the rooms instead but the arrangement still remains in two different rooms. This absolutely made no sense and I was extremely disappointed to be given such poor quality of service. The next day, I decided to go to the front desk. Alvin and his manager, Vivian were very helpful and understanding of my situation. Though I had to downgrade from First class room to Premium Queen room, I was relieved that Iโ€™ll be able to stay in one room and skip the hassle of doing multiple check in and out. I do not need to do top up too as what the earlier manager suggested. Throughout the 13 days of my stay, their service was the only limelight and nothing else. Kudos to both of you and stay safe!

Room was small as expected but the retractable table was not too ideal for work, and there was no proper chair. For my room, there was occasionally sewage smell from the toilet. The rest all good, especially the location.
