I like the metro station is inside the same building as the hotel, which made me feel I can reach to many places in Singapore without going out of the building. The room is very spacious with a lot of ground to top windows, very nice city view and very quiet. There are food court and supermarkets downstairs which are very convenient. I love this hotel, maybe I will live here again if I come back.

Perfect location. Nice apartment

Amazing apartment in perfect location. The apartment has all your needs and it’s perfect if you are staying for more than 3 days . MRT in the same building and it has starbucks and many shops as well . The only downside is that i found cockroach twice but they responded and fixed the doormat . Also they need to clean air conditioner filters as the air has dust falling from the air conditioner. Otherwise everything is perfect and I would repeat it again if i visited Singapore.

Great value for money: comfortable, clean, spacious, great views. Fixtures a little tired but still in good condition. We liked that it wasn't central. Convenient for MRT and buses. Usual dining options downstairs and hawker unit just over the road. Very quiet at weekends. Some, but not all, units closed. Staff super helpful and friendly. They found and delivered a vase to our room within five minutes of being asked. It would be our first choice should we return to Singapore again. Great value.

Fantastic place to stay and the room view was incredible. Very nice layout in the room I was in and the staff were helpful/prompt. Note that in the summer, the hotel is open and the hallways are very warm. Although there was a bit of wear and tear in the room, it didn't take away from the function. Highly would recommend.

Generally excellent stay - very spacious and has everything you want in an aparthotel (washing machine, kitchen). One thing we noticed about the staff that came to clean - she cleaned the bathroom and took the trash, and then without washing her hands, put new towels out! We asked her for new ones (she still didn't wash her hands) and then declined cleaning for the rest of the time we were there.

The team was easy to connect with regarding to arrival change and made staying there relaxing. The blinds in the bedroom area did not go all the way down, so I reported it to the front desk. Someone was promptly sent to check it, so just said that 'it's broken'. As someone who was traveling from the other side of the world, I got sleepy during the day and it was challenging to nap with the light in my face.

Convience and Memorable Service

I enjoyed my five day stay. Tasha was quite helpful in preparing for my early arrival, providing a recommendation on where to fix my glasses, and making me feel at home. The Citadines are connected to the MRT via an indoor mall, that also contains a food supermarket.

I was very much disappointed as my expectation had been set on the 4-rated hotel with good reputation. First of all, the real place was far older than the photos in the expedia. You may expect a very nice and renovated brand new hotel with the photos, yet you will meet a very old-felling hotel on-site. Second, the air-condioner smelled very bad so I was not able to turn them on. I faced the humidity as well as high temperature by myself. Lastly, but not least, I met a cockroach in the middle of room near at its last breath, upside down. This indicates that the maintanece working hard to kill bugs, but its not pleasure to meet cockroach in the room. This will be my last stay in the brand of CITADINE in my life.

Not Recommended for Families with Young Children Booked for 3 nights, stayed only 1 with my 1.5-year-old daughter mainly due to safety concerns: 1. **Unsafe Environment**: Concrete floors and narrow stairs posed fall risks. Curtain cords at dangerous heights for children. 2. **Hazardous Layout**: Appliances easily accessible to children, requiring constant supervision. 3. **No Refund**: Charged for all 3 nights despite early checkout due to safety issues. 4. **Faulty Laundry**: Washing machine had persistent errors, making it unusable. While possibly suitable for business travelers, this hotel is not family-friendly. The lack of safety features and inflexible policies make it unsuitable for those with young children. Consider alternative accommodations that prioritize family safety.

Great location and clean property

Great location right above the MRT and adjoining food court offers good variety of meals. Clean and spacious rooms. The only negative was we had a great deal of difficulty to find the property when we caught a cab from the airport, as it is not easy to find from the road.
