I would like to give 5 star overall as the hotel itself was great. But I am unable to due to their security bond procedure and the price of their food. The security bond is an extremely high amount per night. This was not communicated to me prior to check in and wasn’t listed anywhere at my time of booking. The kicker however is that we checked out 4 days ago and it’s not even been processed as a refund yet. This can take up to 21 business days I was quoted. And then however long it will take my bank to process from there. I think this is a disgrace in todays world of technology. I would not book here again purely based upon this. The drinks and food poolside is also very expensive even by Singapore standards so I didn’t like that aspect. Other than this the hotel was good.

We couldn’t have been more disappointed! This our third visit to this hotel and it has gone downhill. It has lost all its niceties, the things that set it apart from the rest. Buyer beware. This is a 3 star hotel at 5 star prices. We were upfront with management who offered us compensation with a taxi fare to airport - which we paid!! All in all there are many complaints but we will be speaking with our feet - we won’t be returning and will be seeking a different venue for our next trip to Singapore

Everything was good! Except the room was a little too humid, pillow, cover and the bed was kind of wet! So to keep it dry we kinda have to blast the AC to keep it dry! But by doing this it's was too cold. Anyway, everything else was good!

The views from the executive marina room are exceptional - full view of the Marina Bay sands and all of downtown. The room itself was absolutely huge and wonderful with a small balcony to take in the city. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Overall, this hotel was ok. I think there are better options for this price. The room service meals and staff were great and house keeping were very fast and efficient. Though, the lifts took a while and the buttons often did not work properly. The room itself felt like it was missing some character and comfort and the shower is quite small. There were many children running around and making noise in the hall and in the pool, making it an area we did not enjoy. A perk is that it is connected to a few large shopping malls which makes it convenient. I think if you are a young family, this will suit.

Hotel was very comfortable. Amenities and facilities were great and located in close proximity to the Suntec building. Only issue was the lengthy and unnecessary checkin and checkout procedure. This really needs to be reviewed, especially when you have just travelled for 21 hours.
