"Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and felt very secure. Was warm in our room & thermostat didn’t work to adjust. Called desk & they controlled it on the computer. They were nice and accommodating, it’s just more convenient if you can adjust yourself. Also the tub/shower was extremely slippery & high edges so was difficult getting in & out. "

"Great location. Walk everywhere. Rooms are quiet, spacious and clean Rooftop and pool are really nice and very much needed on a hot sunny day. The staff at the rooftop bar are super nice. "

"The reception and room staff was always nice and helpful. The restaurant staff, however, seemed to always be in a hurry for someone else. Hard to get waited on and then they didn't deliver one of our parties dinner at all. They had to go make it when we got their attention. Did not offer dessert. Some of the wait staff was very cordial but others needed a course in how to work with the public. Food was good!!"

"We really loved our stay at the Alfonso Ray X hotel. The hotel was greatly located and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful, and they even packed us a breakfast “picnic” for our early morning departure on the last day. On top of that we received a voucher for welcome drinks at the bar as well send us a Cava Brut bottle to our room. Will definitely stay there again when are back in Seville."

"Great location on edge of Gothic area. We loved the rooftop bar and plunge pool. The room was spacious, ceilings were very high and the large window opened to a view below of busy street. The windows was well insulated and we didn’t hear any sound at night. One problem with the high ceilings was that the curtains were very difficult to open or close. The large bathroom with spacious walk in shower was lovely. My husband found the shower floor very slippery and we had to put towels on it for my...
