"I love this hotel. It is quirky and old, but well maintained. The signage was improved this time, and I was able to find my room easily. On a previous stay this was not the case, and I wandered around a bit. My room faced an alley and it got quite noisy, especially early in the morning. The radiator and towel warmer appeared to have leaked a bit, but worked well.The staff are just lovely, always helpful. "

"Overall the stay was very good. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The good was great with a good selection of dishes. Our only negatives were lack of a residents bar or porter service and the room being to warm. We thought being a 4 star hotel it should have either a residents bar or Porte service available."
