The hotel is beautiful and a nice public place right next to it. The rooms are bright and super confortable. The breakfast is good and elaborated. Highly recommend staying there in Lisboa"

"The staff was wonderful-especially, Pedro. He was professional, yet, personable. The room was clean; however, the bathroom shower walls and glass door was beginning to have mold in spots. "

"This Hotel is a beautiful property. I think they are under staffed. We ordered food at the restaurant and waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes to get food. Then the Brownie dessert was described as brownie with vanilla ice cream and banana foster but it came out with Strawberry ice bream and I think some berried (no Banana foster). The brownie was cold and the food was mediocre at best. "
