"There was a problem in the room, but the staff got it sorted straight away. Within 10 minutes we were in a different room and starting a brilliant stay. The staff were excellent! It felt like nothing was too much trouble."

"We are usually premier inn customers but this time the Hilton was cheaper to stay. We were seeing Eric Clapton at Liverpool and we are local but decided to make a weekend of it. Hotel was lovely but just felt everything was a bit stingee. Cups In room were tiny and one milk each, one tea bag each. Chairs in room weren’t comfy and no fridge. Not enough staff on. Quite pricy at the bar. Overall nice place to stay x "

"Room 3 was very clean. A comfortable bed too. Good amount of tea,coffee and biscuits. Had a perfectly cooked English breakfast too. Unfortunately a lot of noisy people walking past until around 6pm gavevme a very poor night's sleep. Centrally located ."

"Good hotel ! Some issues with maintenance tap loose , curtain broken and rust in the shower but overall good . Staff has an issue at check in but sorted it . Breakfast very good "
