Smallest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. I know that’s kind of typical for the area, but still, it was a bit shocking. Nothing besides the bed to place anything on; absolutely no storage. Bathroom lighting was horrendous and kind of had a pinkish tint to it. If you are someone who appreciates/needs quality lighting to apply your makeup, you will be very disappointed at how difficult it is to see in this bathroom. Overall it was clean. Just a bummer to see what you get in person vs how photos online make it seem.

It was ahorrible experience, considering the amount I paid for this room with a size of a bed! It's more of a hostel, not a hotel. Tiny rooms, no security at all, thin walls and horrible service. I couldn't wait to get out! The only good thing about this place is location. Nothing, nothing else.

The only complication was there was dried blood at the bottom of the sheets covering the mattress; the sheets were not changed, and I only discovered this midway through. It wasn’t much, but was a disappointing discovery. Solid place otherwise though.

This hotel is walking distance from most of the main attractions such as Buckingham Palace, London Eye, and Big Ben just to name a few. There are tons of restaurants around with lots of theaters. The hotel was quiet and clean. It's the perfect location. Oh, and the tube is less than a block away

The rooms are small- it says that when you book It. So don’t complain about what you book. That being said the bed was comfortable and it was enough for me for one night. I could have been fine longer. Great view of Big Ben - room 810. It was clean. The shower was great. The location perfect! The staff helpful. Right near the tube. Great for its price. Just needs to repair the second elevator.

The hotel was very strange. Upon entering, there is a kiosk where you sign in and pay. When I was almost finished, a girl comes around the corner to tell me reception is right on the other side of the wall. I was almost finished with self checkin, so I finished. “Reception “ was a small, dingy room with a person sitting on a bar stool. We went to our room on the 7th floor. The bed was hard with what felt like coils in your back. The pillows were bricks. No top sheet and the bottom sheet and pillow cases were rough and itchy. I asked for better pillows on day 2 and they did give me 2 more pillows that helped a bit. The bathroom and towels were clean. There were stains on the walls of the main room. I don’t even want to imagine what they may have been considering the BDSM bunny (with leather stud collar) in the corner, the “ YES, YES, and YES” poster, and the pink light that comes on in the dark. This may have been great for a couple but I was with my daughter, so…. One of two of the tiny elevators was not working for part of our stay. We hiked it a few times. Probably not bad for us though hard with luggage. The location was directly in the middle of the nightlife. Definitely not a quite area and plenty to see and do in that area. Very close to the tube station. I would NOT recommend to anyone unless you are only about being close to the party. Then, have at it.
