"Our room was large and comfortable, but was very warm and there didn’t seem to be any air conditioning control. The breakfast staff were brilliant , but the pool attendant made us move away from the pool to eat our lunch even though we did not see any signs stating this ..she then sent a waitress to take our drinks order even though we hadn’t requested this and we felt obliged to order. "Really nice apartment, out of the way and quite most of the time"

"Overall, a very pleasant weekend. However, as previously mentioned, the room was disappointing. It was on the first floor, and very close to the main pool. There were a large number using the pool, which inevitably caused a lot of noise. On checking out, the staff advised us to email them next time, and they will do their best to allocate a better room."

"Nice room with soap, shampoo and body wash supplied, it even had an iron. Didn’t like the check-in experience, the staff were totally controlling and you can’t get your room keys until the clock turns 4!!!! There were groups of us waiting in Reception and even ‘dagger stares’ did not work"
