"One night stay while working in Durham. Reggie checked me in and was WONDERFULLY helpful - assigned me to a nice quiet room, looked up a Thai restaurant nearby, and was super pleasant each time I went by front desk. Slept really well, everything was clean and in order. Delicious waffle for breakfast. They also had scrambled eggs and smoked sausage, other standard fare like toast and cereal. Coffee was a little thin :) but flavored creamer fixed that! Overall excellent stay. My only suggestion...

"The stay was great! Had an early morning flight and the proximity to RDU made the stay worthwhile. Lobby was clean, smelled fresh upon entry. Same is true for the bedroom, minus a small “uncommon” odor in the bathroom, but after using a few sprays and lotions it was masked a bit. I slept well nonetheless. Checking in and out was a breeze. Reserving online was convenient. Loved it. 10/10 recommend. I’ve stayed at this particular hotel once before also, so that helped me in planning to stay there...
