"Great hotel, I would highly recommend. Very comfortable and great location. Only downside for me was the ongoing construction in the plaza however this will surely be concluded sooner than later. Isela, one of the managers, was especially thoughtful in handling the bit of discomfort the nighttime construction bousebhad caused. Thank you Zocalo Central. Hope to stay again. "

"The history of the property, especially the old style elevator, the amazing friendly and helpful staff, the rooftop bar and restaurant. The unique French style of the hotel, and our large suit. Only complaint is that I unfortunately did not stay longer due to a connecting flight the next morning. Definitely will stay there again when I am in Mexico City."

"This is an older hotel with lots of history. The Phone Bar was excellent. The Buenos Dias restaurant was excellent. The staff who seemed to be security were not always friendly. The room was clean and large but bed was too firm. Great location in the Zona Rosa and walkable to many sites. "

"Everyone was wonderful. The restaurant was fantastic and the service was great. The only problem is htat I had travelled without my phone and I asked for a wake up call and they forgot. That was not so cool."
