"The room was updated and clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport was wonderful and on time. It's about a 10 minute ride. My only complaint was the squeaking hinges of the bathroom door. Our neighbor was in the bathroom all night, and you have to open the door to get in and then close it to use the toilet. So the constant open and closing with the loud squeaking of the door kept me awake the whole night. Please management, use some WD40 on...

Our room was on an upper floor overlooking the canal so it wasn’t too loud, though we did still hear occasional street noise. The AC in the room was a treat. "We stayed at this hotel for four nights. It's a large establishment with a high volume of guests and numerous conferences taking place, which is quite impressive. On the downside, it's located away from Amsterdam Central. However, the metro station is conveniently right across the street. The surrounding area is somewhat dry, primarily consisting of industries and other hotels. For nightlife and hangout spots, you'll need to head to the central area, which is a bit far from the hotel."
