"We had a lovely stay and our interactions with the front desk were always super. Everyone was helpful, kind and friendly. Breakfast was just okay. Nothing special, although they will make you an omelette if you ask. The toilets are separate from the bathrooms in the bedrooms and I didn’t love this, but it’s not the end of the world. "The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! The free minibar in the room was a huge plus. Room was decent size & elevator spacious. The snacks out during the day was a nice plus. Very walkable to metro and bus & lots of places to eat around the hotel. Only complaint is the “vip bonus” tour was a boat tour that’s basically free anyways & incredibly crowded."

Amenities are nice, the spa and gym area could be updated but it has the minimum needed to stay in shape. The staff is very helpful and professional.
