There was one waiter serving from the bar and we sat on the lawned terrace for 25 minutes and no one came to serve us so I had to ask reception to send someone. The spa is very old and desperately in need of a full refurbishment. "We stayed for one night while visiting Wales. The check in experience was fine and staff friendly. The room was OK - we could hear sounds from other rooms in the morning and the bathroom had mould spots near bath taps, but other than that it was clean and pretty comfortable. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown our room and the amenities. It was only then I realized I'd booked a room with a shared bathroom.
