Hotel staff attempted to move the guest to different rooms, but each room had the same issue, with temperatures remaining around 80 degrees and no effective cooling.
While the staff was courteous and attempted to assist, the lack of a properly functioning air conditioning system significantly impacted the stay. For travelers visiting during warmer weather, I recommend confirming that the HVAC system is operating correctly before checking in.
