"I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and it was great. Coming back after 5 years a little different. Need to improve on the cleanliness. Pillow smells like it hasn't change at all. Curtains has a lot of stains and air conditioning not working well. This hotel need to refurbish or improve on the cleaning. If i return to Hirosaki, I will opp for another hotel."

I will stay again.
"The room was small but everything you need was there. Very clean. There is natural spring water bath on the 10th floor which I loved. The relaxing room next to it smelled a bit cigarette. The washing machine is free and the dryer is ¥100 for 20 minutes. The hospital is near by and you might hear ambulance sometimes."
