We like the location of the hotel but it definitely needs an upgrade. The roof in the bathroom had water damage. The entire room needs remodeling. The fabric furniture in the lobby to our room look dirty and worn out. That’s definitely not what I was expecting for a Hilton or for almost $300 a night.

Unpon my check-in the ladies were very sympathetic to my tribulations i was going through. Very kind and patient. The room was clean and decent. Some other occupants thought it was a great idea to leave their dirty cups in front of mybdoor overnight. On my last night stay I called downstairs to ask for washcloths, however i kept getting hung up on. Outside of that my stay was very pleasant

For a Hilton property and the price this was unsatisfactory. Sink didn't drain, shower was rusty, furniture rickety. Overall this place needs a renovation. The price for 4 drinks at the bar was $54! Will not stay here again.

Asked for a non smoking room and as soon as we entered, you smelled nothing but cigarettes. We went out for the day came back to the same scent. Other than that it was ok.

Good hotel. Breakfast is expensive if not included $23 per person. Close to historical sites. Just stop over for the night for us. A bit noisy with, can hear next room, they were loud.

Friendly staff, rooms are basic but clean, they give you free bottles of water. Great value and close proximity to MVP Arena. The only downside was that sound travels and we could hear anything in the hallway and the room next door too easily (we had a room that was attached by a locked door to the room next to it). Was great for one night, but if multiple nights, we might have switched rooms for noise reasons.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Room needs some updating and to be cleaned prior to guest arrival. There was hair all around our bathroom and the lotion/shower gel was empty when we arrived. It took them a long time to bring us some causing us to almost miss our reservation. (We usually bring our own but this was a short 1 night trip. Safe to say we will always bring our own from now on).

The overall condition of the property is poor. In particular, the rooms are dated, peeling paint, broken furniture (mirror in our bathroom) and furniture of poor quality, burn marks on carpet. Hint of cigarette smoke in the area of guest rooms. We were there 2 nights and our room was not cleaned at all. Also, we saw 4 Orkin Pest Company pest control trucks in the main entrance area on our second day. Don't you have a service entrance that they could have used? Raised concerns for us regarding bugs, etc. We toughed it out though because you know, Bruce Springsteen.

Great location for going to MVP arena - right off the highway - easy parking and short walk well lit area. Staff worked hard and helped with everything parking instructions room needs and waitresses at the bar were amazing helping a fill capacity crowd during NcAA women's basketball playoffs - night Iowa team stayed there. stayed on executive floor with an amazing breakfast in the lounge. great stay!!

Hotel location and staff were great. We had a room to attend a concert nearby and it was walkable. Came back to shower and the bath mat had hair on it, the trash can had someone's trash in it. It was 12am so we didn't want to bother staff that late at night. It was ok. Didn't realize that there was a daily parking fee until we got there. Nothing anyone can do about it, but there were some unhoused people outside of the hotel. Bar staff was so nice providing complimentary water when we asked for it and made sure to tip him as we didn't order any alcoholic drinks from them

We checked in at 6:00 pm, attended a concert at the MVP Arena (which we walked to) and checked out at 9:00 am the very next day. The staff was courteous and friendly. The shuttle was a welcome perk and the shuttle drivers were great. Just wish there had been more food choices available at 11pm on Sunday night. Grub Hub is expensive.

Stayed overnight after a concert, the hotel does not have public stairwells, which lots of people were unsure about how that was even legal. Hundreds of people waited in line to use four elevators just to get back to our rooms. Floors had signs for vending machines but there were only ice dispensers. Housekeeping knocked and tried coming into our room at 8:30 in the morning the day of checkout while we were still asleep. Room itself was okay - very clean and comfortable, the stay itself was less than great.
