"The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was not as great. The TV required using two remotes and pushing buttons that made no logical sense. Each time you turned on the set, you had to go through a procedure. Who knew you had to use the second remote (not Shaw) and push a star button, then go to the Shaw remote and choose HDMI 3 as the input etc. We tried to phone the front desk, but the phone didn't work. "The Crandell lodge is an older building but our suite was nicely renovated or updated recently. It was clean, tidy and very cozy. The staff was very helpful during our stay. The restaurant/pub in the main lodge across the street had great food and service. I would recommend and stay at the lodge again. The location of staying in Waterton town was wonderful in the 2nd last week of April as not many shops & restaurants were open which was great and kept the tourists to a low. It appears...

"These are awesome cabins in walking distance to Lake Louise. They are fully equipped with a cute little kitchen with an oven & stove top. Clean soft linens. Could have asked for more with this place. "

"What a fantastic place to stay! Stacy, our hostess, got up early every morning and baked delicious muffins for us. She helped us with our laundry and even helped us wash the car! Can’t say enough good things about this place! We will definitely stay there again if we make it back to Waterton Lakes!"

Candy and Leo were so friendly, funny, and authentic making for a very enjoyable stay. We ate all our meals at the lodge and the food is delicious!
