The room was dirty. There was a piece of bread under the desk, and there were ants. Towels were used. There were makings from where you wash your hands, and the water sits there and hardens. The bed sheets were dirty with red candy stains. The bathroom was unclean, and dried urine was on the toilet seat. I used to come here a few years back. I am disappointed that this hotel has lowered its value. Customer service was good. We were greeted, and the person explained the papers being signed. The room location for the price is high. In the morning, children were running around making noise, which is expected. The room needed cleaning!

We have shared your comments with our team to assure we address these concerns. You signed our stay agreement and policies at front office during check in. It clearly states that we provide all of our guest 20 minutes to check the room. If the room is not up to your satisfaction, we can either change the room or give you full refund. We have staff on 24 hours a day to address any issue or concerns our guests may have during their stay. In the future if you report the issues they will be addressed. Again we thank you for your feedback and hope you give us another opportunity to better serve you in future.

It seemed run down, need of updates to things like tub, mold on the ceiling, stairs deteriorating, smelled, breakfast was very minimal,did have waffle machine, but not much else.

We had moved to this propery after spending tow horrible nights in another. This wasn't the best experience I've had in a La Quinta, but under the circumstances, it was a grade above where we came from and we had a decent night's sleep. The Denny's next door is awesome!

Facility tired but maintained. Staff very responsive to concerns. Tv not working on arrival, they immediately fixed. One light in room not working they immediately fixed. Very concerned when i reported seeing a roach crossing my room, it could have easily come in from outside as it was the only one seen. It was a basic bed and shower situation that matched price. Clean, just maintenance concerns. I would return if just needing a stop over.

The floor was sticky on our room the tv had a line of dead pixels and at one point we saw a gentleman sitting outside one of doors of the hotel drinking a 12pk of beer we did not feel safe plus the person working the front desk showed almost no concern. We will not be returning to this place and we do not recommend any one else going there

Desk in the room was wobbly to the extent you could set anything on it. Lamp on the desk didnt work. LaQuinta rooms we've rented in the past have always been excellent. This one was average at best.
