"Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. "

The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "Staff were very polite and helpful, all though some of the front desk staff don't have the best English-speaking skills. Parking is a nightmare. The hot"c" el parking is EXTREMELY limited, and you have to get a map emailed to you from the hotel in order to find the gate and get buzzed into the patking area which is really only suits small cars. Our Citroën Grand C4 Spacetourer barely fit between the lines. "
