"The staff was brilliant, I recommend staying here for kawasan falls canyoneering and book directly in this place, we had an amazing private tour for only 1100 pesos each and lasted abour 3-4h with food and water also. Much better than a group as we could take amazing photos and they took us early to avoid the crowds. The hotel room was clean and there is air con (bit noisy). I didn't like the fact that they advertised fully refundable and then when you want to change your plans and go elsewhere because you realize the place sucks.....that's when expedia tells you no refundat all, even though expedia advertised that the place was fully refundable. I didn't like the fact that the beds were like sleeping on bricks. I didn't like the infestation of ants. I didn't like the fact that i paid extra for king sized bed and it's just two twin beds pushed...
