The staff was excellent. Very professional and friendly. The room was clean, only complaints I have was the bed was very hard and the room smelled moldy and like smoke.

Decent for the price. Older hotel that’s being updated. Clean inside and out. Minimal breakfast but enough to get you to your next destination. Trees and landscape around the facility were nice. Bonus to be able to pull right up to room on bottom floor. Very convenient to Alexandria. Older amenities inside room. Bed was comfortable. Queen bed seems more like a full size. They were booked when we stayed so seems like a popular place.

It smelled like weed, and saw a few roaches. I couldn’t sleep from the smell and the neighbors were noisy and it smelled gross and the bathroom was dirty. Just a horrible experience

The Amana Air condition was very noisy. So, unable to sleep well at night. The air conditioner did not had “fan only” option and you had to select heat or cool.
The breakfast time was untill 9:30 only. You should have 10:00 or 10:30 because it was too congested during peak time between 8 to 9:30.
The Room bed and bathroom were clean. But I had to take 2 star out due to two issues I mentioned.

Very old, bathroom has several leakage(the front still gave us the room even they were aware of the leakage), smelly, would never return

Facilities are a little run down, but still working well. Great price and nice staff in an area where you will either pay significantly more for slightly better, or slightly less for horrible.

The breakfast area was not well staffed and food was not replaced when it ran out. The walls are paper thin and you could hear detailed conversations as people walked by the room. From the room above me had a child that was running from one end of their room until the other well past 10:30 and I could hear each stomp of their feet. I was charged for towels that I allegedly took because the house keeping staff could not count the number of towels left in the room after I checked out. Spent an hour trying to get in contact with someone to have the charges reversed. At this time, they still have not been reversed.
