Management is very suspicious of guests, which is noticeable, and not at all appealing. It's okay to confirm once, that there are no pets, nor additional guests staying, and that is made clear upon check in. But it didn't have to be repeated, when calling to confirm the reservation and pending check-in. Nor did we need to be followed into the parking lot and watched as we unloaded our suitcases and personal belongings, while management acted like they were just going outside for a routine check of the property, but instead walked back and forth like a security team might "walk a property", to see what all we were bringing inside.
