Close to airport. We arrived an hour early. Waited for our room for 90 minutes and staff knew about it. They should have prioritized getting our room cleaned.

The hotel is located in a safe quiet area close to public transportation(Metro and Bus) to the City center. Good selection of buffet options on the included breakfast. This property doesn't have AC in the rooms. there is no phone in the rooms as well, so no direct connection to hotel management from the room. TV in the room practically doesn't work. No instructions on how to make it work (if this is possible). There is no advertised Airport pickup transportation, though the Hotel is just a 15-minute slow walk from the Airport.

The staff are excellent, very friendly and accommodating The rooms are older and a bit worn, but mostly they were very warm. The heat was turned off and the window open. I booked 3 rooms for 3 couples, all of us commented on how warm the rooms were and how nice the staff are.

Good place to stay if you have a layover at Copenhagen airport. From terminal 2, it's a 15 minute walk. You may want to get a taxi if you have large/heavy/many bags, otherwise easy walk.

The beddings are smelly. The sheets looks clean but when you are lying down on it, you can smell a moldy smell from the pillows and bed. Also, I have insect bites in my back. There must be bed bugs on it. The food on the restaurant is good.

Easy walking distance from airport, although when I took the wrong (longer) route, the check-in receptionist took pity on me and gave me a beer! There seemed to be quite a few restaurant options nearby and unfortunately I did not have breakfas tin the hotel as I had a very early flight. Would stay again if I had another long airport layover

Ok for 1 night Housekeeping made lots of noise
Housekeeping seemed to gather right in front of our room very early in thebmorning to have their conversations. They were slamming doors and making lots of noise early in the morning which woke us up. It was very rude to assume everyone wakes up at 7am on holiday. The beds were very soft and the room was cold. Only 1 pillow per person was supplied, and there were no power outlets to charge phone next to the bed The shower filled with water and didnt drain properly. This was the same quality as a low quality budget hotel. Not worth the cost to be honest

Being a gold member did nothing for me at this terrible hotel. Changed rooms 3!!! Times until I found one that was acceptable. All carpeting in hallway was torn up , dark rooms with soiled or torn carpet . Had to pay an extra $ 50 to get a room of a “ normal standard “ Never again

This property is in the midst of a renovation. Some of the pictures for the property are for the updated rooms. Our reservation was lost and we were then upgraded to an outdated old room for our inconvenience. The carpets were dirty and stained and the bed was extremely uncomfortable

Reception floor had a smell of drain water. Only booked this hotel as it is close to the airport. Mattress is terrible, so soft, or just old. Corridor lights are missing lamp shades, can see the bulb and wires. Good grief, only 1 tea bag and 2 coffee staws left, very stingy. At least there are 2 grocery stores, open early until late, across and next to the hotel. There is a small fridge at the reception level to keep milk ect, also a microwave to warm food ect.
