"Gabrielle was amazing. We got screwed by our airline and missed all our connecting travel. We contacted the property very late and they managed to have us picked up in Salerno within the hour. "Really enjoyed the staff, we loved the way they treated us like family. The grounds, a lot of lemon trees, are beautiful. It can be a little challenging to get down into town but the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. It looks scary, and it can be, but walking to and from the hotel to the town is quite doable for those accustomed to walking. All in all, a great place. "
