We were given a room in the back of the property. It gave us a bad feeling. They were remodeling the hotel. The room was somewhat clean. It looked great on the screen, but being there was a different story.

The room was dirty and had an odd smell. I was exhausted and fell asleep almost immediately. Then at 2:15 am, I was awoken by people checking into the room directly above the room I had. These people just arrived and made every foot noise and door noise possible until 3:30 am. I reported this disturbance to the manager about 8:00 am. I barely slept this night, the manager would not do a thing! It was my tough luck!

This is an older property. Was advertised as a boutique hotel, but it very large. Not their fault, but someone in adjoining room kept screaming for over an hour in the middle of the night. It disturbed my husband so we finally called the desk. It was resolved quickly after the call. It had vinyl plank flooring, which I would have preferred carpet.

There was a cockroach on our shower curtain when we first got there. Told the front desk and the staff was nice but did nothing. The next morning there was another one on the floor. The curtain in our room was ripped also.

The place was good, but our rooms floor had not been cleaned good, it was swept, and since it is hard floor you could not tell it hadn’t been cleaned, but my fresh, clean socks were filthy just walking in the room, and the bathtub had a uncleaned ring around it, I scratched to check. I’m thinking the cleaning employees just did a very quick job.
