"Excellent hotel, highly recommended. Breakfast and dinner great and all staff exceptional. One small thing about a chemical smell at times which came into the rooms. Not a big deal but unpleasant at the time. Thank you for a great stay Hyatt Regency "

"The hotel was clean and very comfortable. All staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is great for heading into the city and quiet enough to escape the city centre. Only issue I will raise is some of the plugs in the room did not work despite raising this with housekeeping. Despite this I would stay here again. "

"Quite(er) location on upscale mall road, mid way from station and golden temple. Normal rooms are large sized compared to all new hotels, well maintained with wheelchair space. Highly recommended for family. Only downside lawn partly converted to parking. "
