The service offered by staff was well received, while the hotel facilities were of a high standard. The hotel bus shuttle system was very prompt.

The hotel was a good deal and staff were very helpful. The hotel was a 10-15 minute shuttle ride from the airport but the free shuttle ran every 15 minutes. This allowed us easy access to the airport which also was a train station to the central city. The train cost was 5 euros one way. I also took a cab but it cost me 100 euros for one way.

Nice room. Very clean. Convenient location to the airport with a great shuttle service. Comfortable mattress. Negative points: no room was available when we arrived at checking time, in spite of our reservation; restaurant was closed and prices in the bar were eye-watering for mediocre quality bar food.

The check in was quite slow - due to computer issues. The room was nice, good sized, clean and all that we needed. Bathroom was very nice, beds were comfortable Most Disappointed with the restaurant but there were no other options: poor service, quality of food was bad and way overpriced! no breakfast included, and no free coffee in lobby. Overall stay was good but definitely need some quick and inexpensive food options!
