"Such a cute property with very nice staff, a short walk to the city center. Nothing fancy, but comfortable and clean and a good location. They also have a very friendly pet bunny who sometimes hangs out in the courtyard and sometimes in the lobby. We loved the bunny."

"The elderly lady running this hotel is very aggressive, unfriendly, and loud. When my companion was trying to take pictures of some nice antiques in the lobby, she started screaming no pictures. The breakfast in the morning was old and dry looking. Coffee was barely warm and flavorless. The room was mediocre, but if you used the shower curtain it would block the drain. The hotel is a 20 minimum walk to anything in a isolated neighborhood."

"Very tired hotel, staff were delightful. No spa, certainly not as seen in the photos. Had to listen to two football screens with two different matches going on whilst having supper! Felt more like a truckers stop rather than a luxury spa hotel. Room very fired, in desperate need of renovation and the curtains could do with a wash! Looked like smoking had been permitted for years. "

"Costas and family have built a beautiful hotel. The staff - especially Costas daughter - is extremely friendly and welcoming. They will offer you everything to make you stay pleasant. "Great choice for Bitola. Central location, right on the main pedestrian street. Large room with classic furnishings and decor. Exit the front door, and you're immediately surrounded by good restaurants and coffee places. Hotel is an easy 20 minute walk from the bus and train stations.
