"I for the most part enjoyed our stay at our hotel, however the staff was not very friendly. One staff member rudely said to my Aunt, "You are in my way" while trying to refill the coffee pot. An "excuse me" would have been much nicer and achieved the same result. When I asked for dining recommendations from the front desk this employee acted like I was an idiot and that I was bothering him."
