Although your stay was short, I had the opportunity to watch you closely as the responsible manager of the hotel. I shared with you that we had a glitch because the guest who was supposed to check out on the day on your check-in date and forgot the check-out date and was out of the hotel. We have shared with you that this is not our fault but we take the responsibility. Regarding the stairs; We are one of the hotels with a minimum of stairs and the only hotel with an elevator access to the beach. We would like you to be more careful with these features in the pictures when booking. Regarding the restaurant; Reservation is required for dinner in a la carte restaurant. You were escorted to your table without waiting for the reservation you made. As you request a table on the terrace, we would like you to clearly write here that you wait at your table for 10 minutes until your table at the terrace is ready. wine fees; As in every restaurant, our wine menu helps you to order more easily with prices. We are happy to accept the amount of your request, Because of you do not like the discount we have promised you. We are also confident what you know is that such a refund will not be accepted in any other country. As Perge Hotel, we were really pleased to welcome you.
