"The plunge pools are GREAT! The staff was friendly and took care of everything. Ivanna and Mr. Gore were great servers and hosts. Kadeem kept the drinks flowing and introduced us to some great new cocktails. His DJ skills are the bbq were great. I would definitely come back. Food is good, and the menu is diverse. Don’t be afraid to go out of your comfort zone and try new things because everything is well flavored and seasoned. Each meal had several choices. We never had a bad meal in the 6 days we stayed. "

"Carlisle Bay never disappoints, the setting is beautiful, the rooms are absolutely gorgeous and have spectacular views over a wonderful bay and immaculate gardens. Having travelled and stayed on the island for over 30 years I can honesty say that the food and service is the best that we have experienced. This has been our third consecutive visit and we can’t wait to come back. Hopefully the summer refurbishment will not take away any if it’s charm. Thank you for the most welcomed relaxing break. "
