"The only problem this hotel had, you cannot control air conditioning from your room and it is controlled by the reception desk which no matter how many times we complained they didn’t put it at the temperature we had requested. We couldn’t open the windows and we had to ask them come and unlock the window for us."

"Room was okay. The staff was not helpful instead said to pay upfront even though i selected pay later options. Also i booked the room because ad said they have parking spaces but when i asked for it they refused and told me to park outside somewhere. When i asked to park outside where they didn't helped me and that led to parking ticket for me since i am an outsider i was not helped how to do so. Worst experience and fined 200 euro because of no help"

"Conveniently located a few minutes' walk from a metro station, the hotel was a nice, quiet space to return to after busy days in Stockholm. The only things I would note are the electrics not being great - wires not being hidden properly and one electrical socket not properly connected - but otherwise a lovely place and well equipped."

We ended up taking Uber and taxis because public transport wasn't so easy, so that did add up quite a bit. "I booked this for my mother's stay for my wedding. She loved the room and the place. It's vlose to both station, grocery store and where me and my wife lives. Only problem I had was when using the self-checkin system: there was NO physical key in the lockbox. Thankfully I was there early - at 14:00 - and a maid there saw me struggling. She helped me get the key from the reception - which was not manned due to short staffing. I hope things improve."

"Hotel contacted me around 2:30pm on arrival day to give me chech-in instructions. For me a bit too late. Because you need a special APP to get your virtual key. So you need internet and enough battery in your phone... GPS didn't find correct way as it is in an industrial area... Studio fully furnished but in grey, beige and white colors so quite depressive. No pictures on walls. A/C a bit too noisy and fridge too near from bed. TV was progrmmed in russia :((( "
