"Massive pool heated. Plenty seats around the pool. Good breakfast. No shops in walking distance, like supermarket, but 5 minutes by car to the nearest one. You will need a car or go in shuttle bus once a day, leaving in the morning return in the afternoon. Reception friendly. Will come again. "

"Hotel overall was great. The rooms were a decent size, a safe was included but you had to pay €15 for the week with a €6 deposit. The pool area was a great size, there wasnt any day time music which was a shame this would have made it perfect. The drinks were reasonably priced. The communal areas were amazing, a shame the bars weren’t open within these areas but they were lovely none the less. An added bonus was check out being 12pm. Overall good value for money and would come again!"

"For what we paid the hotel is outstanding, the Guy on reception is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area,, he can’t do enough for you. "Nice room with soap, shampoo and body wash supplied, it even had an iron. Didn’t like the check-in experience, the staff were totally controlling and you can’t get your room keys until the clock turns 4!!!! There were groups of us waiting in Reception and even ‘dagger stares’ did not work"

"Stayed here for a week 1st june 2024 - 8th june 2024 with my partner. Upon arriving we parked on the free carpark opposite the hotel roughly 15 seconds away. Greeted by a lovely gentleman on the front desk unsure of the name but he was great and talked us through everything we needed to know during our stay. "Really happy with my family stay at Las Claveles, laid back and calm atmosphere, excellent and helpful staff in the hotel and in the bar and restaurant, Beer and food in the pool bar always delicious and very reasonably priced, Complex is a bit older and that can show around the the hotel and rooms but that can be forgiven for how excellent the prices are for the stay, food and drink (I've stayed in a lot more expensive 4 - 5 star Hotels in Tenerife and have had a fair less enjoyable stay than I had in Los Claveles, standard of food and pleasantness of staff is 5 star here) I would highly recommend for anyone on a budget, looking at a last minute deal or just wants a generally relaxing and nice break away, particularly if you are already familiar with Los Cristianos I will return"
