"It is a bit far from the city centre, but we stayed only one night before flying home so for us it was not a problem. The only problem we had was that the restaurant doesn't have a menu in English! That is not ok in a 4 star hotel. We also had a waitress who didn't speak a word of English, but we got another one who spoke English (but didn't know what salmon is). "

"It doesn't really feel like 4 star hotel, had issues with the internet, they block it if you have a VPN installed on your computer. The rooms are ok but mkji bar was empty and bed was not very comfortable. The breakfast ok but not like in other 4 star hotels."

"I love staying at Brown. This is my third visit. The staff is very kind to me and always willing to go the extra mile. The area is perfect. I enjoy walking around the neighborhood. There are pharmacies, restaurants and malls in the surrounding area. I feel very safe. I am looking forward to staying at Brown again. "PROS: - great location, walking distance to some famous places of interest; - beautiful and big room - delicious breakfasts with lots of options - polite, helpful, and friendly personnel - swimming pool is large and warm - and overall just a very nice hotel CONS: - rug in a room was not very clean, could see some dirty spots on it; - room can be very very cold in winter, so have to keep a heater on all the time which can lead to a dry air; - frequent smells of food coming from the hotel...
