Only complaint which may seem somewhat trivial is that they need a better coffee machine. The one they have is basically a machine that you would find in a house for a single family. The machine kept running out of water and coffee. They would invest in a larger unit and have the water tapped in automatically so that staff doesn't have to keep adding water every 5 minutes.

Loved this property, beautiful modern decor, clean, walkable to dining and shopping. Great staff, don’t expect to get any sleep the property outside noise is awful their was people partied until 2am. I would not stay at this property again because of the noise level and that unfortunately because I like the quaintness vibe.

Our room had a lot of noise from the street but besides that everything was great. The team was awesome and the location is absolutely perfect.

The location was very central. It is modern and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The only negative is that the building has terrible sound proofing. You can hear everything and everyone. Luckily, there is minimal noise outside after 11pm-midnight. Noise starts back up around 7am. Overall, pretty good for a few nights.

flight cancelled and never made it to the hotel. I was in touch with the hotel staff when i could still cancel the stay and told not to cancel in case i make it on time to the hotel and if worse come to worse- the morning front desk will cancel my stay. When i called in the morning, they insisted on charging me the full amount for a room i never used and despite of following their guidance. owfull customer service. a place to avoid
