Nice location overlooking the water. A bit loud at night due to people outside hanging out. Rooms are clean but bathroom shower floods. Having an airport shuttle was convenient as well. Hotel will arrange taxi to downtown if needed.

This hotel was a hidden gem. I traveled with my daughter and we loved this hotel. It was located in Fira in the heart of shopping area and restaurant. The only down side was having to walk to the hotel from where taxi dropped us off. As long as you travel light, you would be fine or contact the hotel for help carrying your luggage at time of arrival. We took a taxi for 32 € but there are buses that will bring you for few € . The bus stop is very close and you can go to IA or the beaches for 2-3 € . The staff at this place were all very pleasant and helpful. I definitely recommend this place and would go back in a heartbeat.

Location was very nice, lots of restaurant choices nearby. Room was good. Elevator was very small. Not a big deal for us. But I took the stairs with luggage as I waited for an elevator with space.

The front desk was not "friendly." They answered quickly with little emotion. The worst part was those in charge of transportation. We had numerous people needing to leave at 7 a.m. They could have easily "explained" that everyone would have a seat but instead we were left in the dark about luggage, seating, and who would be transported. We made it but it seemed to me that everyone was baffled (and even nervous) about transportation. Also, the rooms are very small. Restaurant help was excellent and the dining experience was pleasurable.

The free airport shuttle and delicious breakfast saved us a lot of money. We loved the sea view and were hoping to enjoy our last day in Greece on the beach but unfortunately there were gale-force winds that day. We found an excellent Taverna a few blocks away on the square and had a fantastic meal. This is an excellent place to stay the day before flying out of Athens airport.

The property location is convenient at Rafina Port. However, given the price, The property looked very poor. The photos online are a bit misleading. Photos looks modern and clean, but the reality is very bad condition n poor hotel. Did not feel clean, n room too compact in size. The staff attitude really bad. All the staff look like they don’t wanna help, Don’t want to answer questions. Just make customer don’t bother me. Would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed to board the ferry departing the next morning. The hotel was very closed to the port and made it convenient as a passing stay. The breakfast was good and open at 6am, providing ample of time to eat before departing. Room was clean with good amenities. Only thing was that the breakfast cleanup was slow and no one was available when we tried to check out.

This hotel had nice, if small, rooms with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, our room was surrounded by a teenage boy sport's team. They were extremely loud and disruptive, had rooms all around us, banged on our door continually, and were generally loud and intrusive everywhere we went in the hotel. We asked to have our room changed and were told by the hotel this was not possible. This was very disappointing, as we had splurged on a nice room for our final day in Greece, hoping for a relaxing and romantic atmosphere and instead we felt like chaperones on a school field trip. Beware if you are booking here that they accept large high school aged groups and that they are not helpful if you find yourself in a room surrounded by such a group.

We got to the hotel late because our ferry got delayed shower was lukewarm maybe because many people used the hot water .Tiny room but clean and functional .Breakfast was nice and the airport shuttle was perfectly on time and convenient. Front receptionists could be nicer

Stayed here between landing in Athens and departing the next day to fly to our next location. The hospitality was okay. We have experienced more hospitality at other hotels personally. The room was clean, wifi works, and is a good place to stay if you are only staying for a night before your next adventure. The free shuttle is also really nice :)

The breakfast was a big hit and absolutely worth getting, it had an array of options for all dietary restrictions. The beds could be better but they weren't too bad. The room is on the smaller side so it's definitely not designed for a staycation. The view is beautiful and the location is perfect and close to many restaurants and shops.

The hotel is right on the water. Plenty of restaurants around and in such a nice town. The staff are wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Great for an extended stay or a quick overnight.

This was a great spot to stay near the airport. The room we had was small, but it was good for what we needed. There was a neighborhood with lots of restaurant options with in a few minutes walk. There was also a nice restaurant at the hotel. They had a breakfast buffet for 8 euros. The only complaint we had was the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel wasn't as efficient as we were hoping. We ended up taking a taxi to the hotel. Otherwise great stay!

The ride from the airport was perfect! The room was spotless. The view was beautiful. The dinner was so good! The port was a quick walk! I only wish we had had extra time there. The town seemed really cute.
